Vintage Diamond, Platinum and Gold Pendant Necklace Overview
This vintage diamond, platinum and 14k gold pendant necklace is a marriage of pieces ranging from the 1920s up to the 1970s. This is my opinion. The pendant looks like it may have started as a ring. The pendant is platinum and 14k yellow gold, the chain is 9k yellow gold. It is a very nice serpentine chain so I have left it with the pendant. There are five round full cut diamonds and sixteen round single cut diamonds. They are VS clarity and range from near colorless G and H color to very slight color I to J. The pendant measures 1 1/4 x 3/4 inches and the chain is 16 inches long and 2mm in width. The overall weight is 9.6 grams and the condition is excellent. The largest diamond measures 4.50 mm and the smallest 1.80 mm. This pendant sparkles like crazy and is really beautifully executed. The retail replacement value is 00.00 and the independent appraisal is included when purchased.
